No containers are spawning loot, and they also are not disappearing after you open and close them. All of the monks save the one in the first room die, and turn to a remains bag rather than staying a corpse. The transition going out either way from the first level is broken. The sewer areas seem to be working alright as with the Garou Cairn/sept in north wilds.
